With his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Kevin Fallon has earned a reputation as an innovative entrepreneur and executive. A current resident of Englewood, Colorado, Kevin Fallon was born and raised in Ireland. After receiving his elementary and secondary education there, Kevin Fallon moved to Philadelphia, where he put himself through college at Drexel University while working for two prominent engineering corporations. Having gained this experience, Kevin Fallon joined the multinational General Electric Company (GE) as Technical Marketing Coordinator and Sales Engineer for the Industrial Sales Division. In this capacity, Kevin Fallon played an integral role in GE’s marketing department, helping to launch an industrial automation product line that currently produces $1 billion in revenue.
Kevin Fallon was also responsible for marketing 30 of GE’s product groups to clients across eastern Pennsylvania. Upon leaving GE, Kevin Fallon launched All-Control Systems, a Philadelphia-based technology firm specializing in providing high-production manufacturers with management consulting and system integration solutions. For nearly 15 years, Kevin Fallon led the company, building the client base to hundreds of customers in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Kevin Fallon’s success with All-Control Systems and other ventures earned him induction into the Philadelphia 100 Hall of Fame. In 1992, Kevin Fallon continued his educational pursuits at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. During his two-year tenure at the country’s first business institution, Kevin Fallon participated in several marketing competitions and helped his team take first place in an internal computer game contest.
Kevin Fallon then moved to Denver, Colorado, where he became Chief Operating Officer of TAVA Technologies, Inc., an expert in software-based information and control systems that had purchased All-Control Systems. After three years of executive leadership and market development as COO, during which time he helped increase revenue from $32 million to $100 million, Kevin Fallon aided in the acquisition of TAVA by REAL Software, a Belgium-based technology company. From 2003 to 2004, Kevin Fallon presided over MX Logic as President, Inc., a company that offered Internet security and email services to customers worldwide. In addition, from 2006 to 2008, Kevin Fallon served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Colorado’s DemandPoint, a combined entity of Pelion Systems and JCIT International.
Today, Kevin Fallon leads Fallon Associates, LLC, a business-consulting firm in Englewood, Colorado, that provides advisory services to CEOs and executive management teams across the country. Kevin Fallon also utilizes his comprehensive understanding of business development in his role as President of Colorado’s City Bin International, an innovative waste management corporation.
